[Truncated] Highway 19, in both directions. Utility work planned between Church Rd and Parksville Exit (Highway 19A) for 1.4 km (2 to 1 km south of Parksville). Starting Wed Aug 23 at 9:00 AM PDT until Wed Aug 23 at 3:00 PM PDT. Right lane will be closed. Ramp will be blocked. Right lane in both directions closed for Hydro work on shoulder. North bound on ramp from Highway 4A now a yield lane. Speed limits reduced to 80 km/h in work zone. Estimated time of re-opening Wed Aug 23 at 3:00 PM PDT. N
